Love it! Was worried if it was too big in the chest — I need a L but don’t have a big bust. But it’s perfect.

I love myself in a bathingsuit now

I cannot express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon Nettle's Tale bathing suits. I have not loved myself in one for a long long time. I got the Whitney top in black M and hi rise Magic bottoms in Midnight Floral L. For reference I am about 44 bust/35 band, 39 waist and 46 hips. I went for a smaller top than my recommended, L, and grateful I did because I prefer tight. The bottoms too fit well, I could have gone for an M there too, but again preference. Together, they are amazing and I love the look. Really well made. I did hear some snapping, but on a review I read, I wasn't worried about that. Absolutely love that they are local to me (across the pond). I will never buy bathing suits anywhere else.

My summertime best friend

I adore this swim top! I'm 5'10", 230lbs, bust 49", waist 41", all measurements "ish" :). I have a 1X in midnight floral. It fits really well, with a deep v front that balances out the extra coverage across the shoulders and back.

Initially bought because I'm a pale person who spends a lot of time alone and I loved the idea of not having to figure out how to sunscreen my back. It's become my go-to swim top.

Gorgeous, comfortable swim top

I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, honestly: I'm very busty and I would love just a liiiiitle more coverage. (UK JJ/K in theory, I usually settle for a J in practice, with a large band). I'm also a bit concerned about a few stitches that I heard pop when I was putting it on, but the band/back seems to fit perfectly with no digging or rolling. I would say that this sits maybe an inch below where my bra band would.

Also important: it's gorgeous! I love the short flutter sleeves and the high back that will help prevent sunburn. The fabric is lovely (I got the bell floral print) and looks great with the forest green bottoms I ordered. Wonderful purchase, shipped and arrived quickly all the way to Ontario, I'll definitely order from Nettle's Tale again!

Thanks for your review Ashley! Those few stitches you heard pop when initially putting it on were just basting stitches, temporary stitches used during production. We usually make sure these are removed before shipping, our apologies for any panic caused!

Farewell sunburnt shoulders!

God bless this top for being incredibly secure while also looking super cute! The colour reads more green in real life, which I really love. I'm a 35" bust, 29" band and ordered an XS which fits perfectly. Highly recommend this top for folks who want to look cute but not stay perfectly still all the time. ,)
